Attention to details in creating fabrics

We advanced traditional vegetable dyeing and indigo-dyeing of the traditional bingokasuri technique and incorporated it into dyeing denim. We utilized the advanced traditional twisted yarn technology originating in bitchu kokura and passed it down to our current denim fabric production. Our denim texture is not produced by mass production. Yarns are elaborately dyed one by one, and yarns are carefully woven into fabrics. Our jeans are made of the carefully woven denim fabrics creating an original texture and expression. The longer you wear our jeans, the more attached you will become to them. Our denim produced with our pride in craftsmanship is highly appraised both home and abroad.

Zimbabwe is one of the leading cotton production countries. We use Zimbabwe cotton of which color and gloss are the best in the world with strong, balanced, and flexible fibers and excellent dyeability.

Turfan cotton, the best extra-long staple cotton in the world, is used. Natural meltwater the Tian Shan Mountains provided through Karez (underground tunnel) is used for growing glossy cotton with a silky touch.

Sunforkin cotton in California is used. This is a highly bulky type which is unique to American cotton. The biggest characteristic is midnight blue color denim. Color conscious vertical finish denim has become possible. Perfect for enjoying a deeper fade.

This denim with rough and uneven yarn expresses grandeur of the Rocky Mountains, a western mountain range running longitudinally from the middle of Mexico all the way to Alaska. American cotton is used.

Bulky dry Sunforkin cotton is used. Warp has a weak twist, and it is an uneven yarn. Weft is straight. This denim is medium thick but hard not inferior to 13oz. Color is special with a weathered taste in a weaker reddish color. This is light weight vintage denim like no other.
